Talent attraction film for Arcadia Group — produced in collaboration with TMP UK.

Created as the hero film for a wider employer brand campaign, the film captures the energy, ambition and culture across the business, supported by bold on-screen typography and fast paced storytelling.

I led the project end-to-end: production, cinematography, lighting, sound recording, editing, colour, motion graphics and final audio mix.
