Who is Ertu Muslu

My career began in music.

I studied audio design and worked as a sound engineer and producer in Istanbul, recording and mixing for local and international artists. Those early years shaped how I think about rhythm, tone, and emotional impact. Sound taught me structure before I ever touched a camera.

In 2012, I co founded Act Creative, a design studio in Istanbul. We created advertising campaigns, book covers, posters, brand identities, promotional films, music videos, and photography for some of the country’s largest publishers. I led projects from pitch to delivery, directed shoots, designed motion graphics, and managed a small creative team while working closely with clients.

In 2016, I moved to London and began working with agencies and global brands, both in house and as a freelancer. I brought video production inside creative teams, built workflows, directed talent, and delivered motion led content across digital platforms.

Over time, I found my focus in finance and corporate communications. At Fidelity International, I led end to end production of video and motion projects, translating complex investment and business topics into clear, engaging stories. I worked directly with senior stakeholders, built modular motion systems, and delivered content across internal and global channels.

Today, I combine audio sensitivity, design thinking, and production leadership to create video and motion content that is clear, strategic, and built to last.
