Award-winning recruitment film for the Royal College of Nursing, created in collaboration with TMP UK.

The film blends live action with in-camera and post-produced visual effects (including greenscreen) to bring the campaign concept to life and support employer branding and recruitment.

I delivered the project across production and post: shooting direction, cinematography, editing and VFX.
