Sourdough: A Journey to Bozcaada Ekşi Maya — Bozcaada'ya Yolculuk
A short documentary about Ali K. Erol, cycling, sourdough and his move to the island of Bozcaada (Tenedos).
Sourdough follows Ali K. Erol, a cyclist who discovered sourdough baking and moved to Bozcaada (Tenedos), a small island off the Turkish coast. There, he started a new life and began baking bread.
I wrote and shot the documentary in 2014.
